Katja Kaine is an award winning writer based in Yorkshire, and is the creator of the Novel Factory.
Katja Kaine is represented by Maddy Belton of the Madeleine Milburn Agency, and in 2024 secured a major six-figure book deal with Penguin Random House. Her Feminist YA Fantasy, Blood of Gods and Girls, is due to be published in 2026.
She is a member of the Society of Authors and SCBWI, and is the founder of Leeds Writers and Poets. She is a graduate of the Golden Egg Academy.
